Prohibited Activities

Suspension or Termination
AGBAJO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

- Misrepresentation
- Non-compliance
- Illegal activities

Limitation of Liability
AGBAJO provides a technology platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from member misconduct, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
